SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Winzoid! We are dedicated to delivering your "Problem-Solving Gadgets" as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Timelines

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the product to reach your doorstep, depending on your location in India.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India (unless specified otherwise on the product page).

Any additional express shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s).

You can track your order directly through our website or the courier partner's tracking portal.

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with India's leading logistics providers (like BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, etc.) to ensure your package reaches you safely.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid mobile number. Winzoid is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damages during Transit

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged from the outside, please record the Mandatory Unboxing Video (as mentioned in our Refund Policy) and contact us immediately at adashishmarketinghub@gmail.com.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
